Charles is an accomplished Human Resources executive with twenty years of experience answering the call for strategic partnership in human resources management.
Currently, he is the Chief Talent Officer at the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF), where he provides executive, strategic, and operational leadership of the human resources and talent management functions.
A strong proponent of social responsibility and volunteering, Charles is a pro-bono Account Director for the Taproot Foundation. In this capacity, he leads teams of pro bono consultants on Human Resources capacity to build projects for non-profits.
