    Good morning all,

    I am curious to learn more about how your organization has defined the role of Corporate Secretary, if you have one, and the responsibilities for the position. I would also be curious to know the Corporate Secretary is also an officer (Secretary) of the corporation? If you have job descriptions of both roles, that would be helpful too.
