Hi everyone! A physical copy of memos and resolutions relating to a fund are filed in a fund file, in addition to them being online. For memos and resolutions not relating to a fund (about property, scholarships, etc.), do you store a physical copy, and if so, where? Is it required? Any advice or best practices that you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
