Bio

Prior to joining the Community Foundation of Collier County as the Director of Donor Services, Meredith Nassif Doupé was the Director of Development for the Florida Southwestern State College Foundation at the Collier County Campus.  Meredith built relationships with individuals and organizations to help the College best serve the needs of FSW students and the Community.  Meredith was also responsible for raising gifts to support College programs and student scholarships.  Meredith also worked in private geriatric care management in Naples.  She assisted older adults with managing all aspects of their lives including their legal, financial, medical, and social issues while looking at the whole person and how they could live the highest quality of life possible.  Additionally, Meredith served as Director of the Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning at Hodges University.  She grew the course schedule, satellite locations and sponsorships for the program significantly during her tenure, which was accomplished without any additional paid staff.  She also worked with the Vice President of Institutional Advancement to secure the naming and endowment of the program.

Meredith developed her passion for nonprofits when she was teenager during an internship program in child welfare and has worked in the nonprofit world for most of her career.  In addition to her other work experience, Meredith has worked as a Medical Social Worker with a focus on Oncology and Neurology for Naples Community Hospital and a Fitness Instructor for the Greater Naples YMCA as well as a graduate intern for the Alzheimer’s Association and OASIS lifelong learning in St. Louis, Missouri.

Meredith is the Vice President of Membership for the Greater Naples Area Planned Giving Council and has served on the boards of the Greater Naples Delta Gamma Alumnae and the Collier County Bar Foundation.  She also volunteers for the Collier County Public School District where her children attend school.  Meredith graduated from the Leadership Collier Class of 2019 in April.
