    Hi All,

    Have any of you amended your scholarship application language regarding "preferences for" (as in gender or race) for scholarships after Executive Order 14173?  The specific language in the EO that we are wondering about is "I further order all agencies to enforce our longstanding civil-rights laws and to combat illegal private-sector DEI preferences, mandates, policies, programs, and activities."  We have donors who have established scholarship funds to be awarded with preferences for certain protected classes and are wondering what if any adjustments should be made.
