Changing how often you get e-mails is very easy. Just follow these directions:
1) Visit your profile
2) Click on "My Settings"
3) The drop down menu next to your picture should say "Subscriptions"
4) Scroll to the community you are interested in changing your frequency of emails
5) Select Real Time or Daily Digest
