  • 1.  Board Candidate Process

    Hi, again! We introduced a new process this year for identifying, interviewing, and assessing board candidates this year. Our Governance Committee wants to do a post mortem on the process. Would you be willing to share your process and your communications with the candidates during and after elections? Attached is a high level overview of our process and the questions for the informational and second interviews. FYI the CDO conducted the informational interview and reported the results to the committee; the CEO was part of the second interview.
