Nikki Hilchey has worked in the philanthropy field since 2007 on a wide range of projects, starting in grant writing and administration, then growing to manage the annual fund, fundraising events, stewardship communications, and planned giving. At Adirondack Community Foundation, she is responsible for core functions of the database, donor analytics and metrics tracking, and supporting the philanthropy department's systems and processes. She has been with the Foundation since 2023.
Outside of work, Nikki has stage managed and worked on the technical aspects of over 100 theatre productions locally and in the Elmira area. She enjoys watching musicals and plays. Nikki grew up in the Adirondack region and loves exploring through hiking, snowshoeing, and kayaking.
